Our clinicians can provide clinical support and guidance to your teams through:

  • Assessment and review of complex clients with dementia, mental health disorders or who are expressing responsive behaviours

  • Care plan development and review complex clients with dementia, mental health disorders or who are expressing responsive behaviours

  • Education to staff on your client’s care strategies – through case conference / study sessions

  • Clinical collaboration with your teams  through 1;1 or small group training (with a train the trainer approach)

  • Mentoring of your clinical leaders to upskill and support them to lead your teams and provide evidenced based care

  • Kathy Kirby - Registered Nurse

    Kathy is a RN with over 20 years experience working with older people across the care continuum. Kathy has a special interest in dementia care, setting up community social and respite programs for people living with dementia and having extensive experience in supporting people living with dementia who exhibit responsive behaviours.   • Melissa Angelone - Mental Health Nurse Consultant

    Mel is a Mental Health Nurse Consultant with 15 years experience working across the MH care continuum, supporting people in the community and in mental health services. Mel has a passion for supporting older people and with her previous experience as a clinical educator she is able to support teams to provide the best care for older people who have chronic comordibities and complex mental health conditions.   • Kate Lamont - Registered Occupational Therapist

    Kate is a registered OT with over 20 years experience working across the health, aged and policy continuum. Kate supports health and aged care services to review the environment for their clients, making sure the buildings and surroundings are able to support clients to maintain independence and engage in meaningful activity.
