Meet Nikole Giles-Dickinson

Nikole is an experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare & disability industries.

Nikole brings extensive healthcare experience, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Aged Care and NDIS framework.

Nikole began her career in healthcare, specialising in intensive care nursing, and made the move into healthcare management in 2015. She returned to clinical nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic, working across rural and remote clinics to set up and run vaccination hubs across the Kimberley.

Nikole has now returned to Melbourne and to healthcare management. Skilled in Nursing Education, Intensive Care, Healthcare Information Technology, Change Management, Gap Analysis, Revenue Maximisation and Critical Care, Nikole has a strong program and project management background, and a unique understanding of the complexities surrounding Healthcare, Aged Care and Disability.

Nikole is a passionate advocate of choice and control as well as having a keen interest in developing and maintaining positive work culture. When not at work, you can find Nikole camping and 4 wheel driving, or out on her kayak if the weather is good!
