Meet Kate Lamont

Kate is a registered occupational therapist with over 20 years’ experience working across the healthcare and policy continuum. Her speciality area is supporting staff new to quality, project or program management roles to build capability in:

·         Clinical governance

·         Project Management

·         Program Management

·         Continuous Improvement

·         Co-design

 

About Kate:

Kate has expertise in environmental design, with a focus on creating environments to support best practice for older people and dementia care. Kate is passionate about quality and safety with a focus on clinical governance and consumer engagement to drive continuous improvement. She has worked across large public health services (both metro and regional) and within state government in policy development, program,  project management and quality improvement roles and is committed to ensuring that older people have a voice in how their care is developed and delivered.
